On June 28, 2021, Tsinghua High School Education Consultant Expert Forum - Self-Defense training was held in Conference Room 106, Huamao Building。This training specially invited Professor Li Yindong, director of the Martial Arts Culture Research Center of the Chinese Martial Arts College of Beijing Sport University, to bring a lecture full of "escape technique" and "grasp technique" for students who are about to enter the university and step into the society。The training was conducted by senior 18 assistant teacher Wu Xiaoqing。

During the training process, Professor Li Yindong did not stick to teaching theories, but combined with the structure and physiological characteristics of the human body, using people's own instincts to explain the escape and capture skills of criminals, in order to achieve the purpose of overthrowing criminals and protecting themselves。Professor Li and the teaching assistant explained in detail the escape techniques in different situations through live demonstrations, such as the cracking method when the gangster holds the wrist or grabs the collar。During the training, Professor Li guided the students to actively interact and invited them to experience the "escape technique" and "grasp technique"。Throughout the training, the students showed great enthusiasm for learning。

After the training, Vice President Bai Xuefeng made a speech。He said that Tsinghua High School has always taken "life, health, learning" as the concept of student development, these three words are full of the school's ardent expectations of each student, the school and parents, hope that students in the future of the vast world, but also can be healthy and safe life。The students of Affiliated high school have the feeling of looking up at the stars to be a gentleman, but also need to have the consciousness of learning to protect themselves down to earth。Vice President Bai Xuefeng encouraged the students to pay attention to learning self-defense concepts and skills, and strive to work hard for the health of the motherland for 50 years。After the meeting, Vice President Bai Xuefeng, on behalf of the school, hired Professor Li as the external education consultant of Tsinghua High School and awarded him an honorary appointment letter。
